Great solid construction and comfortable for sitting and...
Solidly constructed. Easy to use remote control. Great warranty on all parts of the chair. Availability of the in-home repair option which I purchased for both chairs. Great white glove delivery by the assigned technician.
None that I have noticed during the short time that we have been using the chairs.

Product has exceeded expectations.
Quality of padding and fabric and multiple position options has significantly contributed to her care.

Perfect for our needs: lift to standing, comfort, support,...
Small size availability, support, range of positions. We definitely recommend this lift chair.
No significant weaknesses. Lowering from lift to sit position could be faster for us since no one is in the chair at that time for us.

We purchased this chair for my 86 yo wife who has late stage Alzheimer’s, primarily to help her stand or get up from a sitting position.

Comfortable and love the Sunbrella fabric
Can customize sitting positions with the separate back and foot controls. Came put together and set up took about 2 minutes.
Be nice if foot plate was padded with memory foam.
