Very pleased with our purchase
The fact that it can work well in all sorts of ground. Grass, gravel and pavement
Have not found any weaknesses of the product. I had a problem loading and unloading but finally got the hang of it.

My husband and I both use the Phoenix. I have COPD and cannot walk distances at all and if I want to visit a mall or an attraction, I use it.
Only problem is maneuverability; not as good as her old...
Well built, attractive
Maneuverability; I wish I had stayed with a three wheeler like the Phantom

Oxygen 24/7, diabetes, all kinds of breathing medication
I am very happy with this purchase.

68-year-old male, who can only walk about 50 feet.
She is able to be more mobile.
Stability.
The instructions could be better.
celia h. from harbinger, nc (caregiver)
Elderly female with arthritis and an old knee injury.
It is harder to assemble than expected from the product...
I cannot walk or stand for very long and this scooter makes it possible to accompany my family to parks, malls, etc.
It is too heavy to transport without help.

Phoenix HD 3/4-Wheel Portable Scooter: Review
I think it's well made and powerful. I have no problems climbing hills on my lawn and I weigh 265 pounds.
There are few weaknesses that I can think of other than the leg room problem that I stated previously.
robert b. from carthage, nc
I'm an 80 year old with COPD and diabetes along with Neuropathy in my legs.
I love my Phoenix HD 4-Wheel Travel Scooter
It has a good motor and transaxles.
I would prefer the forward and reverse controls to be in the front for thumb usage instead of the back, which require finger usage.
benjamin b. from belleville, mi
If you have problem walking and need to get around inside and outside, a scooter is the necessary equipment.
The scooter is outstanding.
It is everything SpinLife said it would be and better. Easy-to-use, comfortable, easy to load onto ramp.
Can't think of any.

I had back surgery two years ago. I am very pleased with my scooter; now I can easily move around the retirement village.
