Easy enough to use
Anti- gravity feature.,Being able to elevate my feet to the extent permitted by the chair was an important feature
The chair seat is very slippery requiring a clingy seat cover to be applied to the seat area Thursday against slipping off the chair during its elevation mode in existing the chair. This happened to me. Your promotional message should inform the consumer accordingly rather to learn of this deficiency after delivery , requiring the purchase of a clinging material to avoid falls.

This chair is for my 82 year old mother. She suffers from dementia and has a hard time getting up from regular chairs. This chair is perfect for her.
Love it!
Easy to use, comfortable.
The cord for the remote is on the inside of the chair rather than on the outside. It is between the chair and the occupant (me). The chair does not really lift you up to aid in helping you to rise. It tilts you forward and if you are not careful, it will dump you on the floor. It needs to lift more and dump less!

Oh my, when I hit the last recline of the "head position" to lower my head below my feet. oh the relief of pressure on my lower back, just fabulous.
battery back-up. wish it had a bigger battery so it could work for more than one time.

Brooke purchased this chair for me, her father. I'm a big man. 6'6" 350# & this chair is just fantastic. I have Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis
This is the BEST recliner I've had to date.
Since I have a deteriorating lower spine, I sleep on a recliner. With the three different motors, I can fine tune the exact position that I feel comfortable with and get a good relaxing sleep.

I am 84 years old. LOVE THIS CHAIR! So comfy Also able to adjust to different positions. I could sit in it all day long.
This chair is absolutely superb.
The chair is well built, quality material and easy to use. I have a similar model from 4 years ago in my home (this one is in our RV) and now am considering one for the house!
It is a bit difficult to move around but I suppose most people aren’t trying to move the chair too much.
