The young man I spoke to was knowledgeable and very polite. He put together a quote and understood that I wasn't ready to buy right at that moment as I was still gathering funds. At no time did i feel pressured to buy immediately, which was a plus in my eyes. I have since been able to gather the remaining funds, placed the order using the quote provided to me, and expect delivery sometime next week. All in all, im very happy so far, well see if this level of happiness maintains when I get my chair.

The battery power, longevity of the battery, speed, maneuverability, and ease of folding are unmatched. Also very lightweight, easy to figure out even for people using it for the first time. My friends have had no trouble figuring out how to fold and load, or unfold the chair. Changed my life. Also surprisingly good at off-roading on Sandy trails, only slides on soft dirt and sands when going on an incline.

I love how the I-Go separates into two pieces to make it easier to load and unload into the car. Each piece is still 30+ lbs. It has a single wheel in front allowing a great turning radius. Has pretty good speed when riding alongside a friend that's walking.

Everything went well from ordering to delivery on time but the product was delivered by FEDEX to the wrong address!!! Thank goodness it was next door at my neighbor's house.
