The wheelchair is strong and good quality. I’ve had two of them. They have traveled the world and they have not had any issues. My husband even dragged me through deep ruts of ice in Norway and the chair was perfect. It survived without any change.

It works well for me. This is  my 3rd one. same brand and model. The 1st was prescribed by my dr in 2007 through a business here. Then I heard of Spinlife and bought my second one in 2019 to use in the van. Now the 1st one was pretty worn so we ordered this one from Spinlife as my birthday present this year. When it came it was damaged but mandy at ext 718 at customer service was very helpful and a new one came right away and we used the shipping label she sent to send the damaged one back right away. I am enjoying my new “chariot” and you have no idea how many people I have recommended spinlife to. Thank you and thank you Mandy ext 718 for getting a replacement for the damaged one.
