Just love it, but the key start seems off. i get the 9 light blink, turn off the key and back on and it's gone. once it is solid it runs fine and still has not needed to be charged. everything works fine, except for that. it's NOT the charger. Will keep an eye on this and report back.

The adjustable height allows easy transfer usimng a transfer pole-no more pulling yourself up from a low chair. Also the extra width of the chair accomodates a big man.

Hoyer lift came sooner than expected and works as well as I could have hoped for, but I'm giving it 4 stars due to the sling that comes with the lift. It should be listed (at least clearer if it already is) that the sling is a hammock style sling, rather than one with two legs that you can remove once you're in the chair and vice versa.

My mobility scooter arrived and my daughter help me get out of the package and put it together. We had one piece that was broke in package but it was such a small issue and it didnt effect the working product of the scooter so we let it go. it rides good and we took it out to our mall one day and it did great. i love it so far.

The Whill Ci is a good chair & allows my wife to ride to our daughter’s home about 1 mile away. The route consists of paved road & packed gravel. The unique design of the front “tires” enables the trip. It’s an interesting design also in that the front wheels don’t turn but slide across multiple surfaces. The only issues I have are that the seat base had no Velcro strips to which to seat bottom should attach and the total weight is more than 100 lbs. Otherwise, the chair is more than adequate. So many! The size of the pieces allows it to fit in my trunk. The ability to change the position of the arms, seat, and tiller is great. It handles a decent incline and goes quick! Papa loves the horn and putting it in neutral so we can push it manually.
