had a issue with the nitro rollator walker manufactured by drive called spin life talked to Carla the problem was solved in a reasonable time frame , would recommend this company they seem to realize that older generation and unhealthy have a need for their products and order because service means a lot as in my case I have a balance problem which make me a risk for falls we do not by this kind of product to look at ,we need it to use for every day living.

I love the chair. It reclines fully, so naps are wonderful. The fabric is easy to clean and feels good. I don't use it to get me on my feet yet, but having it for that particular future use eases my anxiety. The delivery was great - they brought it in, set it up, and tested it.

I needed a wheelchair cushion that would inhibit my wife from sliding out of her wheelchair. I determined that a Comfort M2 might be the solution but, not being well versed in this endeavor, I wanted expert advice. The SpinLife rep confirmed my choice and advised that I keep the plastic on the cushion for a short term just in case my wife had an unforeseen issue with it. Everything went well. My wife finds the cushion all-day comfortable. The only issue we had was that, unknown to me, FedEx needed a signature for the package and withheld the 2nd delivery attempt for 3 days. If it hadn't been for that issue, we would have had the cushion in less than a week.

We love the scooter however, when we returned the cover that was the wrong size, in hopes of an exchange, we still haven't heard a word. So I am a bit disappointed. I spent $30.00 returning the cover. I've called Billy Hadly twice and left messages with no response. If you can help with this situation I would greatly appreciate it!
