well, the experuence was not great, but the results are awesome., my wheelchair was about 8 years old, clunky, and falling apart, so i splurged on a nice one, and wow, i love this wheeelchair. smooth, quiet, and it really flies. now the negatives, some of whch were definitely me., i am legally blind, don't see much, and live in an assisted living facility with my dear wife. i set up a meet with a nice guy from nufonen, who came to my place, took lots of measurements, did some serious muttering, and qsked if i was going the medicare route. i said no, and he said then i should get mu chair from spinlife, which sells the same stuff but cheaper because it doesn't do the medicare shuffle. sao he went away, and soon someone from spinlife called and i ordered the chair he had already set up in his head. that's where the trouble began. they somehow ordered two chairs., i called back to cancel one, so they cancelled both. grr, eventually all squared away, but then one person said they would deliver it jan 3 and another one said it had already been shipped in middecember. but a big box finally arrived, and four days later my people took it out qned set it up for me. i love it.

Easy ordering and good product descriptions. This is the third scooter I have ordered from spin life for myself and different family members. The travel pro is amazing. Tight turning radius, sleek- fits almost anywhere- and easy to disassemble and set up. Even does well in the not-so-wheelchair friendly places. Highly recommend.
