All of our questions were answered in such a way that we were able to understand. We received our chair in the time frame that we were told to expect it. It was wrapped very well in the box.

delivery was good, the pkg wasn't too big. my only problem was i didn't take the booklet with me when i made a trip to phila. after putting the unit together, i didn't have the book to refer to, so my brother couldn't use it that day until i got home to refer to the book and found the instructions for the "fuse"; my unit i have from "pride" didn't require a "fuse"

Chair is solid and heavy-duty frame construction. The cushions are nice and thick, very comfy and you can choose your color. Batteries are built into the side frames of the chair and are easily accessible, you can expand the seat width between armrests, and remove the quick-release rear wheels to lighten the chair for lifting, this allows me to load and unload from trunk without assistance. This chair has a high-capacity weight limit up to 395 lbs. I can put it in "free wheel" mode while sitting in chair (with longer arms) and also reach behind seat for lever to recline chair. Overall performance = Impressive power and speed, comfortable, compact but yet solid and sturdy, long battery life (based on intermittent use of 3 weeks - waiting for nicer weather to test distance outside), joystick is user friendly, but will take practice to feel comfortable, speed in lowest setting seems a little fast until you get used to it. It handles my steep ramp, thresholds, severe sidewalk cracks, and 2" curbs very well. If you are a Below the Knee Amputee (like me), it is possible to attach a limb/stump support to the chair. It is not the ideal set-up for it, but it can be done. Travel Buggy CITY 2 PLUS HD was the right choice for me!!
