It was easy to find the product that my Aunt was wanting after seeing a picture of the med chair from the Nursing home she is currently in. We will go pick her up and bring her home to live with us. She says its the most comfortable chair she has sat in compare to a wheelchair.

Light weight easy to use easy to assemble like the speed control can slow it down in the store and speed it up in the parking lot or on the sidewalk. Comfortable to sit in and like the phone holder and cup holder. Glad I bought the rear basket.

I recently ordered a new cushion cover and the initial ship date was June 22nd. I called and spoke to Tanucca (I'm sure I didn't spell her name correctly) and asked if she could find a way to get it sooner, since I will be traveling soon. Not only did she do that but I just received the cushion cover today June, 7th. A thousand thank you's to Tanucca.
