Gets wife around to our backyard, and several other places that she wanted to go to. She has 2 broken ankles and has been forced to stay in bed for many weeks. The young man I spoke to was knowledgeable and very polite. He put together a quote and understood that I wasn't ready to buy right at that moment as I was still gathering funds. At no time did i feel pressured to buy immediately, which was a plus in my eyes. The battery power, longevity of the battery, speed, maneuverability, and ease of folding are unmatched. Also very lightweight, easy to figure out even for people using it for the first time. My friends have had no trouble figuring out how to fold and load, or unfold the chair. Changed my life. Also surprisingly good at off-roading on Sandy trails, only slides on soft dirt and sands when going on an incline.
