The Buzzaround XL is the perfect size for a tall (6’1”) person of average weight (175 lbs), though it could easily carry someone heavier. It is easy to disassemble and load into a vehicle for transport (no tools needed), and it was also easy to for me to assemble out of the box by myself (and I’m an 80-yr-old female). The seat is VERY comfortable and the tiller controls are a breeze to operate. My husband likes the tight turning radius for maneuverability and its ease of steering. The heaviest of the four pieces is only 38 lbs, so pretty easy to lift into our vehicle. We just returned from a 2200-mile road trip, and the scooter was a life saver for both of us! And it really looks good, too!

The chair is so very comfortable and reclines very well. It is easy to operate. I love the heat in the lower back. It works very good. I ordered the chair for a taller person and it is just that. Back goes up nice and high for my head to rest comfortably. The seat area is nice and roomy. When I get on it I usually fall asleep watching TV because it is so comfortable. I am so happy I purchased this one. Customer service and white glove set up was very helpful. Also, the fabric of the chair was almost like a faux suede material. I ordered the walnut color and I am very happy with the fabric and color.

Ease of use. Love the heat wave for my back and knee. Gets me up where I can manage to stand up. I was in a real problem with my current chair. Day was close when I wouldn't be able to sit at all because I wouldn't be able to get up. I love all the choices for positions. ( Can't use sleep or zg because the chair would be too far into the living room. That's a bit disappointing.) I loved talking to the representative that I ordered from. Really nice and patient lady. I need all the kindness I can get!!
