Ease of use. Love the heat wave for my back and knee. Gets me up where I can manage to stand up. I was in a real problem with my current chair. Day was close when I wouldn't be able to sit at all because I wouldn't be able to get up. I love all the choices for positions. ( Can't use sleep or zg because the chair would be too far into the living room. That's a bit disappointing.) I loved talking to the representative that I ordered from. Really nice and patient lady. I need all the kindness I can get!!

well,in the year 2019.I bought EW-M34 from the dealer. The year 2022 the 24 volt battery would not take a charge.I called around and on line as well to buy a new EW-M34 24 volt battery pack. I was told by. service person. That the company does not make this type of of Battery any more. All the other company's battery's have the post-strew not tab turmoils. SpinLife company told me they have EW-M34 24 volt battery pack. I have never been so excited to be able to buy this battery for my WE-34. I am so great-full. Thank you
