New Independence. It allows me to drive again. Easy to navigate. Easy to get on from my hospital bed in my home. The swivel chair is the key for me. I can't walk but this is no harder to get on than my electric wheelchair. I like the fact that I can guide it like driving.

This chair is oh so very comfortable. When sitting in it, there is no part of your body from head to toes that doesn't feel supported. The chair is feature laden from adjustable head rest (never get a chair without this feature!), to the independent movement of the back and legs, included heating feature for legs, bottom, and back (each individually controlled), and the option to add foot extension makes this a winner in so many ways, and finally the wireless charging and built in USB ports is the icing on the cake. My final thoughts relate to the care and attention that the Spin Life provides me throughout the ordering and delivery process.

The website was very simple to navigate through. We wish they had information videos for all the scooters they offered. It was helpful to watch the videos on the scooter products. I never had a chance to use the Pride lift chair I was looking forward to. The freight company Spin Life uses was unable/unwilling to deliver the chair because my driveway is gravel. I didn’t know this would be a problem until I received a call from the freight company when they were ready to deliver the chair. At that point I had to cancel the order.

My new shower buddy is great. I purchased my first one April 2021. It has saved my aching body, using it about 3 times a week in summer. Almost every day in winter. My new shower buddy is slightly smaller than first one, just like me. It is even lighter to lift but just as stable and sturdy.

Purchase and delivery was easy and quick. Customer service answered all my questions and made the decision simple. I will say that the "White Glove" delivery left a little to be desired. They did move the bed to where I wanted it and set it up - then just said push the buttons and you will figure it out! I finally got it to all work after checking some electrical connections that were not made secure during the delivery. Frustrating for sure. All is well that ends well, and this experience ended well. The bed is awesome and well worth the price.
