Lightweight!!! Only 18-19 lbs including wheels versus our old 45 lb chair!!  Its worth the money in the long run if you have to lift it into cars, etc. Saves the back!! Also easier for her if I’m not assisting because of the lightweight. We just came back from a trip to New York and chair stood up well to the airline baggage handlers. We also pushed it onto many wheelchair accessible buses and lyfts. Great chair, wish I would have got one sooner.

The customer service was helpful and kind. Everything was explained clearly, and the additional options were offered and what they were used for explained so that I could make a decision, but I was not pressured into purchasing anything. I appreciate the practice of sending the quote so we can talk it over as a couple and then being able to purchase without the pressure of someone on the phone.

I had viewed other websites about this scooter, but found SpinLife offered additional models and features. Plus the price was cheaper with SpinLife with additional 10% off due to President day. The shipment was on time and I was notified when it would arrive. The order came complete, scooter, extra batteries and seat. I love the scooter. The only thing I can complain about the scooter is the horn isn’t loud! Great product.
