The Whill Ci is a good chair & allows my wife to ride to our daughter’s home about 1 mile away. The route consists of paved road & packed gravel. The unique design of the front “tires” enables the trip. It’s an interesting design also in that the front wheels don’t turn but slide across multiple surfaces. The only issues I have are that the seat base had no Velcro strips to which to seat bottom should attach and the total weight is more than 100 lbs. Otherwise, the chair is more than adequate.
