UPDATE: Spinlife representative followed up to confirm receipt of the new controller, and that we received it just a day or 2 later than we were originally told. In addition, we would receive an adjustment to the cost, although it hasn’t been posted yet. We ordered a new controller for our Golden Technologies lift chair on 11/3. At that time, we were told the product would be shipped to us the next day. The next morning I get an email saying the shipping date was TBD. I called and was told we had to wait until 11/18. I asked to speak to a manager and she said it may ship out on 11/4 or 11/5. I asked for the manager to call us back when she knew for sure. We never got a call back and it still shows TBD. If I had known the shipping info was us to 2 weeks away, I would have ordered or picked up elsewhere.

The comforter PR-535 easily lifts and lowers my 400-lb-plus time after time. The wide soft seat is comfortable and allows enough movement to prevent bed sores. I've tried other chair brands but Golden is the way to go.
