The purchase of the Recliner/Lift chair was easy and delivery was on time. Trying to figure out the actual dimensions of the chair to fit my mother was difficult. The chair does not work for my mother because the seat of the chair is an inch too deep for her. The return process is difficult so I did not even consider returning the chair. I may end up selling the chair that she has used for about a week. Will probably try another company to order the chair.
