Delivered before they said. Had a problem w/ another company when they told me their scooter was good for inside and outside. LIED TO ME. after I got it took it outside and carefully took it over handicap curb and bent the small wheels and took back. It was only 1" off the ground. Called them told them I wanted to send back. It was on my $$ expense. They ended up deducted $235.00 total from me because they said their guy never said that to us. It was a EW scooter from another company.Stopped the transaction on my credit card and got my 235 00 back.

I purchased the aluminum ramp from SpinLife.com. This is the 10th time, at least, that i have purchased an item from them and i have never had a problem with any of the items,the purchase procedure or the delivery. The ramp is excellent and my wife uses it at the front door for her scooter. Which i also purchased at Spin Life.

The purchase process was painless and exactly as expected. After much deliberation, and based on a balance of 4-wheel stability and easily assembled portable parts, I decided on the Pride GoGo LX 4-wheel. It has CTS suspension which makes for an extremely smooth ride. I would say just as smooth as the Pride Victories I’ve rented in the past, but with much lighter parts, which is especially handy when traveling. Vibrations are ruthless to my condition so the suspension is much appreciated! I chose Spinlife due mostly to their flexibility in delivery and service locations! Plus, they had pretty great reviews and I would concur! I would say, the only downside is that I now receive a few mailings for senior services. I’m 42 and while I wish I could retire early, that’s not in the cards for me at this time.

Super, I actually received the confirmation that the chair shipped the same day as I ordered it. Was a bit troubled when the set up crew told me I had to wait through a weekend - not to many people I know use a wheelchair for fun ?? - but they were able to get here on Friday. The chair was missing the headrest and I haven’t heard anything about the new one arriving???? Hopefully soon. Not mandatory, but I do use it on occasion. I hope this review reaches SpinLife. Then maybe they will let me know about the headrest.
