The size allowed me to maneuver around the ship and cabin without difficulty. It fit in my daughter’s van without breaking it down. I used it to take trips off the cruise ship, had no problem with ramps and it also went over hard packed sand.

I contacted the 1800 number while I was on the website and spoke with Jaime Greer and she was very helpful. The website did not clearly state if the side rails were collapsible. Jamie confirmed that the side rails are collapsible. I even reconnected with her via email to make a change to my order and that process was done quickly and smoothly. Great customer service!
