How do I buy an electric wheelchair or mobility scooter from SpinLife?
Find the product you’d like to purchase. Go to the right section on the page called “Customize & Buy” and customize your item to suit your needs. Customizations could include wider seats, longer lasting batteries, and convenience accessories like a cane holder; options vary by product. Will I be charged sales tax?

Is shipping free?
Yes, standard ground shipping is FREE for all electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters. (Orders over $50 always ship for free everyday at SpinLife)

What happens if my power wheelchair or scooter breaks down?
SpinLife is here to support you for the lifetime of your equipment and this includes helping you with any problems that may arise after you receive your electric wheelchair or scooter. Contact us directly at 1-800-850-0335 and we will start by troubleshooting your problem over the phone. In most circumstances, the solution can be as simple as the flip of a switch to help get you on your way again. It is also possible to send warranty parts directly to your home in the case of a simple repair. If the problem is more challenging, we will arrange for a service technician to come to your home (included at no charge for 1 year after purchase on Pride and Golden Tech power wheelchairs.

What happens if I want to return my power wheelchair or scooter?
If the product you ordered does not meet your needs you can return it. Our return options vary by type of product. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Can I take my mobility device on an airplane?
All mobility scooters and powerchairs sold at SpinLife have batteries that are "maintenance free" and are allowed on airlines. SpinLife advises that regardless of your maintenance free battery type ("gel cell" or "sealed lead acid") that you check with the airline directly to get their approval.
