How should I prepare for my virtual consultation? Should I bring anything?
The only thing that's required is yourself! Please make sure you are in a space with good internet connection and little to no background noise. If you have questions about how a piece of equipment will fit or function in a specific room of your home,
it will be a good idea to be able to show our product expert that room. If you have an existing mobility product and want to reference it, please make sure it is also nearby.
If you wish to take notes, please feel free to bring material to do so.
What should I expect?
Our product expert will join the call at the scheduled time. They are there to answer any questions you have and provide their recommendation and guidance for what solution and device(s) would best fit your needs, lifestyle, budget, etc. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you have or think of as the call comes up. Can I bring someone with me to the call?
