What To Know When Ordering

It comes in a single box. We estimate the assembly can take around 3-4 hours. This is true of most any other non-assembled bikes/trikes that are available on the market. This should be made very clear to your customers upfront.  While we provide a comprehensive assembly guide and video, we make the recommendation to our customers to support their local bike shop or mobile bike repair / assembly business as most will provide this assembly service for a fee. This way an expert will be able to assess, assemble, and tune the bike and ensure everything is done correctly. Some shops may limit this service to the more well known brands. In our experience mobile repair providers are more flexible with this.

The Trike comes with two of our 48V-2Ah li-ion batteries. The very same battery that comes with our scooters. Each provides a little over 6 miles of range under full load with no pedal assist. For a total range of 12.3 miles in battery mode (tested under full load) In pedal assist mode customers can expect a range of around 30-40 miles. The range is very dependent on conditions. It is also compatible with our larger 48V 4Ah battery.
