The JAY Jay 3 Replacement Cushion Cover is available in three different cover types to accommodate the needs of the user. Choose from Stretch, Microclimatic, or Moisture/Incontinence-Resistant.
Stretch
-The Stretch cover prevents the increase in pressure that results from high surface tension.
Microclimatic
-The Microclimatic cover is designed to reduce heat and moisture, helping to keep the surface clean and dry.
Moisture/Incontinence-Resistant
-The Moisture/Incontinence-Resistant cover helps with incontinence management by protecting the foam base from moisture build-up.
Warranty Information
Jay Cushion Warranty
Sunrise Medical guarantees Jay Seating products for 2 years with the exception of the Jay Basic (1 Year), and the Jay Combi/Soft Combi (5 years), a warranty which is unparalleled in the cushion industry. The cover is warranted for six (6) months.
