SpinLife Certified Tech Set-Up (Includes Inside Delivery) is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience and peace of mind. The freight company will bring the box containing your Pride Scooter inside your home or garage as long as the box fits through the door. The box will not be taken up any stairs, ramps or elevators; delivery is ground level only. Once your scooter has been delivered, a trained local technician will call you directly to schedule a convenient time to unpack and set-up your new power chair. The number of days between Inside Delivery and the Tech-set up appointment will vary depending on scheduling and availability. As a part of this service, our technician will also:

  • Unpack your product and inspect for shipping damage
  • Set up the product where you request
  • Fit the product to meet your needs
  • Install any accessories you ordered
  • Provide a product demonstration
  • Remove all packaging materials

Return Policy

This item may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned at the customer’s expense in the original packaging.
  • The item must be in new condition--no cracks, scratches or dirty tires.
  • A Return Authorization must be requested from SpinLife within 10 days of delivery.
  • Once the Return Authorization has been received from SpinLife, the product must be returned within 14 days to receive a refund.
