Overview

The ROHO® Smart Check® is a portable electronic device designed to ensure that ROHO® Sensor Ready wheelchair cushions are always inflated to the optimal level for safety, comfort, and skin protection. During initial setup, it captures and stores the user’s personalized inflation range, which can then be checked at any time with the press of a button. A simple visual display guides the user—green means the cushion is properly inflated, while red indicates adjustments are needed. This straightforward process eliminates guesswork and empowers both users and caregivers to maintain proper seating support. Smart Check is lightweight, durable, and easy to clean, making it convenient for everyday use. It also features an automatic power-off to conserve battery life and can be reprogrammed or reset as the user’s needs change over time. By providing real-time feedback and consistency, Smart Check not only improves comfort but also helps protect skin integrity and reduce the risk of pressure injuries, offering peace of mind for long-term wheelchair users.

Return Policy

  • The following conditions apply:
    • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
    • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned. 
    • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
    • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
    • Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
    • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
    • An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
    • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
    • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
    • If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.

Warranty Information

WHAT IS COVERED?

The ROHO Group covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the entire line of ROHO® Dry Flotation, Triumph, and Nexus Spirit products.


FOR HOW LONG?

2 Years from the date the product was originally purchased as new, no matter who is the present owner.


WHAT WE WILL DO.

Within a reasonable amount of time after you return the product to us, we will repair any defect in material and workmanship and ship it back to you, all free of charge during the warranty period.


WHAT WE WILL NOT DO.

We will not repair a product free of charge if it has been misused, damaged by an accident or if the product is not under warranty. This also includes damages stemming from acts of God, e.g., flood, tornado, earthquake or other catastrophic event, e.g. fire. Please note that any alteration to the product, unauthorized by The ROHO Group, Inc., will void the warranty.


WHAT THE CUSTOMER MUST DO.

Contact a customer service representative from Spinlife.com at 1.800.850.8335. Instructions will be provided for authorized return of the product to the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.


DISCLAIMER

Any implied warranties, including those of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are also limited to 24 Months from the date of original purchase and any action for a breach of such warranties or any express warranties herein must be commenced within this time. The ROHO Group, Inc. shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injuries to property, whether as a result of a breach of express or implied warranties or otherwise. The ROHO Group, Inc. will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, unreasonable or improper use of this product.
