Overview
Roho Replacement Wheelchair Cushion Covers are available to fit all Roho Cushions and are available in a standard Universal type or a Heavy Duty more durable type.
- Custom sizes are available. Please call 1-800-850-0335 to talk to a product expert and place your order.
- The Universal cushion cover has a two-way stretch polyester top with Velcro straps on the bottom to attach to a wheelchair. It is a durable material yet is soft to the touch with a non-skid base material.
- Heavy Duty covers are available to fit most standard size Dry Flotation seat cushions and the AirLITE cushion. The Heavy Duty cushion cover is made to protect your cushion from rough wear and tear and incontinence with its durable construction. The cover has a polyurethane coating, which can trap heat and puts users at risk of skin breakdown at greater risk. * Please note that the Heavy Duty cushion cover does not have an opening for the valve.
- Cushion needs to be deflated in order to put the cover on. Once the new cover is on the cushion, you can re-inflate the cushion. We recommend placing the zippered side of the cushion by the valve, allowing you to re-inflate the cushion to your comfort level.

WHAT IS COVERED?
The ROHO Group covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the entire line of ROHO® DRY FLOATATION® products.
FOR HOW LONG?
12 Months from the date the ROHO DRY FLOATATION product was originally purchased as new, no matter who is the present owner.
WHAT WE WILL DO.
Within a reasonable amount of time after you return the ROHO DRY FLOATATION product to us, we will repair any defect in material and workmanship and ship it back to you, all free of charge during the warranty period.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO.
We will not repair a product free of charge if it has been misused, damaged by an accident or if the product is not under warranty. This also includes damages stemming from acts of God, e.g., flood, tornado, earthquake or other catastrophic event, e.g. fire. Please note that any alteration to the product, unauthorized by The ROHO Group, Inc., will void the warranty.
WHAT THE CUSTOMER MUST DO.
Contact a customer service representative from Spinlife.com at 1.800.850.8335. Instructions will be provided for authorized return of the product to the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.
DISCLAIMER
Any implied warranties, including those of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are also limited to 12 Months from the date of original purchase and any action for a breach of such warranties or any express warranties herein must be commenced within this time. The ROHO Group, Inc. shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injuries to property, whether as a result of a breach of express or implied warranties or otherwise. The ROHO Group, Inc. will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, unreasonable or improper use of this product.
Return Policy
- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.
