The Joerns EasyCare electric bed frame is a SpinLife exclusive. This bed features grounded, full electric head and foot adjustments as well as electric height adjustments. The steel frame is incredibly strong with a 500 pound weight capacity, and the widely arched legs are great for getting wheelchairs and patient lifts right up to the bed. The standard Roll-in-Low option allows a mobility height of 7" and features four casters (two locking). The Roll-at-any-Height upgraded option can be moved while anywhere from 7" to 30", which allows the bed to be mobile at a range of heights. The Roll-at-any-Height option also comes with the SafeLock Pedal Locking System for safety and security.
The pendant control is the standard control on the EasyCare bed. This is a six-function remote that makes all of the bed adjustments. It can be operated by either the patient or caregiver and can be used on either side of the bed. The staff control is located at the foot of the bed in the foot panel. Because of the placement of this control, it can only be operated by the caregiver. For an additional upgrade, the EasyCare also offers AdvanceCare staff controls, mounted to the footboard like the standard staff control, to accomadate advanced positioning. AdvanceCare positioning includes Gravity Assist, Comfort Chair and Auto-transfer height functionality.
To make the bed fit in with your decor head and foot panel options are available. Choose between the Traditional or Classical style and oak or cherry finish. The Traditional panels have an arch in the center and the Classical are straight across the top.
Four different types of foam mattresses are available for the EasyCare bed. They provide different levels of prevention and pressure redistribution. Available options are the BioC
