Overview
The AL580-HDX by Harmar is designed to lift and transport heavier mid-wheel power wheelchairs. This vehicle lift comes equipped with 4-Q'Straint Retractors aligned with a Hold-Down Arm to secure your power chair while transporting. Also equipped on the AL580-HDX is the Stars-N-Stripes platform designed to shield you chair from road debris. The Swing Away arm option allows you to easily access your trunk space without having to remove the lift. The adjustable wheels ensure full securement during transport while also preventing damage to your chair. The AL580-HDX comes with a 450lbs weight capacity providing a wide range of chairs that can be carried with this lift. This Heavy Duty Lift is compatible with a large variety of SUVs, Trucks and Crossover vehicles.

What You Need To Know When Ordering
If choosing professional installation you must choose the battery pack option. Even if you do not choose the professional installation, we still recommend selecting the battery pack option. The hardwire kit allows you to wire the power source from the car's battery to the lift, but it can be difficult to install if you are not mechanically inclined. The battery pack allows you to install the lift with an external battery system which requires frequent recharging.

Please be aware many states require you to display your license plate on the outside of your lift. It may be required in the following states: NE, KS, PA, VA, CA, AZ, NV, CO, UT, ND, SD, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, HI, AK, FL, TX, & AL. It might be required in other states as well and it’s your responsibility to understand your state’s regulations. If you are required to display your license plate then we recommend adding the AL 901 XL to your order; available to the right.

The Harmar Mobility warranty is the simplest in the industry, a 3-Year Fully Transferable Warranty. If the product changes hands, the remainder of the warranty transfers to the new owner. Other manufacturers offer a warranty only on the original owner's usage, but we warranty the product itself. That is how committed we are to producing the highest-quality lifts and ramps you can buy.
