Overview of the 185 Hi-Low Adjustable Bed Frame

The Flex-A-Bed HiiLow Frame will adjust with you to make sure you sleep comfortably through the night. This bed frame is fully adjustable with head, foot, and hi-low height adjustability. These frames are hand-built in the USA with a 2" high-density foundation and a heavy-duty base made with Advantech material that will not warp, break, or squeak. You can choose either a wired or wireless remote to easily raise and lower your bed with the touch of a button. The Hi Low feature of this frame allows for easy access for patient lifts so you can easily enter and exit your bed.

Please note mattresses are sold separately. You can choose the frame only option or add one of Flexabed's hand-made mattresses to your order as an upgrade!

What You Need to Know When Ordering
Your item, unless otherwise specified, will be delivered to the curb. If you or your loved one require assistance in getting the bed inside the home you may want to choose the "White Glove" delivery option which includes a set-up service. Upon delivery, the bed will be inspected and tested, and all packing supplies will be removed. Your side rails may ship separately from the bed, which means that they will require their own personal set-up and will not be included under the White Glove Delivery option.

All returns on Flex-A-Beds will be charged a 15% restock fee.

Warranty Information for the 185 Hi-Low Adjustable Bed Frame
Motors and Lifting Mechanism:

During the first 12 months after purchase, Flex-A-Bed will provide in home parts and labor at no charge. During the 2nd through the 5th year, any part may be sent to the factory freight prepaid for repair, reconditioning, or replacement at the factory's option for a $100.00 fee and will be returned freight collect.

Mattress and Upholstered Base:

During the first 12 months after purchase, Flex-A-Bed will provide in home repairs or replacement at the factory's option at no charge provided the defect in materials or workmanship and is more than normal wear and tear. During the 2nd through 5th year after purchase, the mattress and/or the upholstered base may be sent to the factory freight prepaid for repair, reconditioning or replacement at the factory's option for a $100.00 fee and will be returned freight collect.

This warranty does not apply to any product subjected to customer misuse, damage in transit or handling by the delivering agent, or which, in the opinion of Flex-A-Bed, has been altered by an unauthorized representative in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from the product. Replacement parts are guaranteed for the unexpired balance of the orignial warranty period. This warranty does not include responsibility for transportation or handling expenses.

The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, express, implied or statutory. Flex-A-Bed neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product.

SpinLife Return Policy for the 185 Hi-Low Adjustable Bed Frame
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call SpinLife Customer Service.
- After 30 business days beds are no longer returnable
- For hygienic safety and per FDA regulations, mattresses even if unused, are non-returnable.
Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
- This item has a 15% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
- The item must be in new condition; unused. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Dirty wheels (if applicable), scratches on frame, scratches to the remote (if applicable).
- All accessories and chargers include in the bed’s box must be returned. EX. Remotes, and cords.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
Return Process:
- Request an RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife within 30 days of delivery acceptance.
- Once the RA has been issued from SpinLife, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.
- Once the product is received it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows any signs of use, SpinLife is unfortunately not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking fees, will be refunded to your original form of payment.
