The EasyStand Evolv Glider provides state-of-the-art Active Standing technology that can be found in no other stander. Active Standing provides lower body range of motion and upper body strengthening. Unlike passive standers, the Glider allows the user to move the glide handles with their arms which creates a reciprocal movement in their legs. This advanced Active Stander enhances the benefits of standing. The Evolv Glider includes flip-up kneepads, independent adjustable resistance cylinders and full range seat.
What Makes It Different:
The Evolv Glider is very safe utilizing a three point system of padding: knee pad, seat pad and chest pad. The padding system provides the individual with support in all positions from sitting to standing. The padding also eliminates the need for straps which may not be nearly as comfortable or durable. For those that self-transfer, it is a quick lateral transfer. Flip the knee pad down and transition to standing. Comfort is well provided with critical areas padded so the knee pad, seat, back and front pad are always well cushioned. A Roho® seat cushion is an option for those with pressure management issues.

Why We Like It
The Evolv Glider promotes movement of ankles, knees, and hips creating greater range of motion, increased respiration and cardiovascular endurance and weight bearing on the long bones is increased while gliding. Adjustable resistance cylinders allow the user to start with minimal resistance and increase as they become stronger. The Glider handles allow an attendant to assist in movement, which is especially important for new users.
