Credit Cards

SpinLife accepts all major credit cards issued from US banks, including American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.  You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information with the industry standard 128 bit encryption when you purchase your medical equipment from SpinLife™.

eChecks, Checks and Postal Money orders

eCheck is a handy online service which allows you to pay using your checking account, without having to bother sending in a check!  To pay by eCheck, follow the instructions when checking out and have your checkbook with you to provide the appropriate information to complete your purchase. If all this technology makes you nervous and you choose to pay by a traditional check, simply select "Certified Check or Money Order" on the payment page of the order form. Once you have fully submitted your order, you can either call our customer service agents to pay with check by phone. Or if you prefer to do it the old fashioned way and mail in your check, you will be emailed with instructions and an address to which to send payment.

Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders or checks in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

Paying by check or money order does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't shop your items until your check or money order clears. Depending on how fast the mail is and how co-operative your bank is, paying by personal check typically delays your order by about 5-7 business days.  Using echeck does speed things up by eliminating the amount of time it takes for you to send in the check, and for SpinLife to deposit the check.

Wire Transfers

International orders must be paid by US credit card, check drawn on a US bank or wire transfer.  Other orders can also be paid via wire transfer.  Simply check the "wire transfer" option during the checkout process, and follow the instructions for making the wire transfer.
