Purchase Orders
SpinLife’s corporate account allow government agencies, educational institutions and qualified businesses to pay using purchase orders for an easy, cost-effective way to purchase mobility products using purchase orders.
SpinLife offers net 30-day terms to government entities, public school systems, universities, colleges and qualified businesses on orders over $500. We are also pleased to provide a volume discount of 5% for orders of 5 or more of the same item (or type of item), and 10% for 20 or more of the same item (or type of item).
Establishing a Corporate Account
Government and Educational Institutions
To place your order, please call 1-800-850-0335 (option 3). Simply tell the sales representative that you would like to pay with a purchase order and set up a Corporate Account.
Once you have received your order number, please fax your purchase order along with your SpinLife order number (or a copy of your order confirmation email) to 614-564-1401. Please call us directly at 614-564-1417 to confirm that we received your fax. Allow one business day to process your order.
Orders needed before your account is established may be paid for with a credit card, debit card, certified check, money order or wire transfer.
Other Businesses
To place your order, please call 1-800-850-0335 (option 3). Simply tell the sales representative that you would like to pay with a purchase order and set up a Corporate Account.
Once you have received your order number, please fax the completed credit application (available below) along with your SpinLife order number (or a copy of your order confirmation email) and your purchase order to 614-564-1401. Please call us directly at 614-564-1417 to confirm that we received your fax. Allow 2 business days to process your credit application and order.

Terms and Conditions
Standard payment terms are Net 30. Any purchase order with terms greater than 30 days will not be accepted. For additional information on our terms policies and procedures, please contact our sales department at 1-800-850-0335 (option 3).
