The Jazzy Air 2 30 Day Risk Free Return Trial program is a partnership program exclusively between SpinLife and Pride Mobility. The program allows a customer to purchase the Jazzy Air 2 power wheelchair at regular price, try the chair, and return it for a full refund within 30 days, no fees.

This program waives the regular return policy conditions of having to return a unit unused and at the customer’s expense.

We believe you’ll love the Jazzy Air 2 so much that returning it would seem crazy.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES:

• Returns apply to the Jazzy Air 2 Power Chair by Pride Mobility, model number JAIR21001 only; standard and extended battery editions. Additional items included on the order at time of purchase are not eligible and are subject to their individual return policies.

• The 30-trial period begins on the day the unit is delivered.

• Notification a customer would like to return a unit must be made within 30 days from the day it is delivered. Notification can be made by calling 1-800-850-0335, option #1.

• Units returned without Authorization will not be refunded.

• Customers must have a valid email address.

• The “Jazzy Air 2 30 Day Risk Free Return Trial” is only applicable to delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 states.

• KEEP THE BOXES! In the unlikely situation you don’t love the Air 2 you’ll need the packaging in order to return the chair. If you need help repackaging the item, white glove service is available for purchase.

• Returned units must be undamaged. 30 days’ worth of normal wear-and-tear are acceptable, including dirty tires or dust. The chair must be returned with the batteries and charger.

  • What’s NOT normal wear-and-tear?

    • Scratches to the frame, seats, controller or wheel hubs.

    • Tears in the seat upholstery

• All components must be in working order.

• The full cost the customer paid will be refunded upon receipt of an undamaged unit. The value of any promotional discounts applied during time of purchase will not be refunded.

• During the trial period all standard Warranty policies apply.

• The “Jazzy Air 2 30 Day Risk Free Return Trial” applies only to Jazzy Air 2 Power Wheelchair by Pride Mobility model number JAIR21001 purchased beginning December 24, 2019.

• The “Jazzy Air 2 30 Day Risk Free Return Trial” may end at any time without notice. All outstanding unit’s trial periods will be honored for 30 days from delivery per the program guidelines.

• The “Jazzy Air 2 30 Day Risk Free Return Trial” only applies to units purchased directly from www.SpinLife.com or by calling 1-800-850-0335.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR UNIT

We're really sorry you didn't love your Air 2. Here's what you need to do:

1.  Box the power chair in its original packaging. You can leave the colored shroud attached to the base, you should have 2 boxes; a seat and a base.
2.  Call 1-800-850-0335, option #1 to speak to a Customer Service Agent.

• We will email you a freight carrier Bill of Lading, and we’ll schedule the freight carrier to come pick-up the unit. If possible, please have the Bill of Lading printed for the freight driver.

Didn’t keep the box?  If you didn’t keep your packaging a new boxes will be sent to you at an additional cost of $99.

Upon receipt of the power chair, the unit will be inspected for damage and if no significant damage is evident, the customer will be refunded the full amount they paid for the unit back to their original payment method.
