Customer Sales and Service Representative
SpinLife’s rapid growth means we have many new opportunities in our telephone and internet sales group. This position requires extensive knowledge of home medical equipment, including manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, scooters, stair lifts, vehicle lifts, lift chairs, and other ambulatory aids.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping users, caregivers and case managers to select and purchase appropriate home medical equipment over the phone and through the internet via electronic chat sessions.
- Working closely with vendors to insure that the appropriate equipment is ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
- Working closely with other team members to insure extremely high levels of service are provided to the customer.
Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of experience in the home medical equipment field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A high degree of experience and comfort in navigating the Internet.
- Professional experience with the geriatric or disabled communities.
- Associate or bachelor degree and/or background in OT or PT a plus.
- Other sales experience is considered a plus.
This opportunity offers flexible hours and the ability to work from your home. Minimal travel is required, and extensive on-going product training is provided. This is not a call center position. This is a professional sales position offering terrific opportunity for career development.
