Vice President of Sales & Service
Numotion’s retail division, SpinLife, is the market leader in online retail Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for the aging population as well as people living with disabilities. Serving approximately 80,000 customers annually, SpinLife provides a wide variety of DME categories including scooters, lifts, power and manual wheelchairs, and a growing number of exclusive products as well as other accessibility equipment. SpinLife manages a national network of service technicians to provide White Glove Delivery and In-Home Service, as well as distributes the largest national catalog in the DME space.
We are looking for a Vice President of Sales & Service to join our our retail division SpinLife.
The Vice President of Sales & Service, is responsible for setting sales goals, developing strategies to meet those goals, and driving performance metrics to deliver profitable growth. Leads, motivates, develops, and manages the Sales, Customer Service and Service & Repair team of SpinLife.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate, motivate, and drive strong consultative selling culture throughout the organization by building up and maintaining team’s knowledge and expertise in DME domain.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a diverse sales organization ensuring they have everything they need to fulfill our objectives of growth.
- Pivotal to build profitable customer relationships through selling products and services, ultimately contributing to the overall profitability of SpinLife.
- Develop and make critical decisions, manage budgets, sales plans, and strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver on the brand promise to improve the lives of people with disabilities and mobility limitations by enabling them to actively participate in everyday life.
- Build aggressive KPIs to hold all teams accountable in driving results.
- Partner with IT to drive efficiency through process enhancements through business optimization projects.
- Evolve sales & service team structure as customer segments evolve.
- Work within executive team to identify/execute new business opportunities, process enhancements.
- Responsible for the P&L of the service and delivery team.
- Promote SpinLife products and services. Monitor sales activities, track market activity, and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive customer satisfaction through reduced escalations and increase positive brand reviews.
- Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
- Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
- Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years’ experience in health care or ecommerce environment.
- Experience using excel.
- Experience with process management systems.

Executive Director of Marketing

SpinLife is looking for a an Executive Director of Marketing to join their growing team. The ED of Marketing is responsible for the development, management, and execution of an overarching brand marketing strategy for SpinLife that creates a unified ecosystem of digital, mobile, creative, social, email, event, sponsorship, and traditional media in support of the brand and SpinLife growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive all SpinLife marketing operations, from developing new goals to pinpointing strategies to meet those goals and tracking progress.
- Build the digital marketing roadmap to grow ecommerce, plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM database marketing, and display advertising campaigns. Leverage agency resources to drive plan & gain sound ROAS.
- Play the leading role in developing brand awareness and company reputation. Be the excellent storyteller and
bring our vision to results with product commercialization. Operate at a high strategic level and step in on the execution of items.
- Evaluate consumer research, brand information,n rends, and relevant data to recommend digital touch point and creative communication solutions that align SpinLife’s goals with customer needs.
- Develop and assess performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing and communications initiatives and makes recommendations based on findings.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in the development of an annual integrated marketing calendar and ensure aligned execution of those marketing initiatives.
- Drive the growth of storefront marketing to excite consumers, increase store traffic, and create strong brand following and awareness in market.
- Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform their job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related degree.
- 7 – 10 years’ experience with demonstrated track record of accomplishments in digital marketing with SEO, market analysis, segmentation, and data analytics.
- 5+ years leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics along with other relevant marketing platforms.
- Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational, professional written and verbal communication skills

SpinLife Field Service Technician
SpinLife is looking for qualified Durable Medical Equipment Field Service Technicians who meet the following requirements:
Must be able to provide repairs on:
- Mobility Scooters
- Power Wheelchairs
- Lift Chairs
Preferred to be able to provide repairs on:
- Hospital Beds
- Patient Lifts
- Vehicle Lifts
Job Requirements:
- Must have relevant electro-mechanical skills and experience
- DME/HME product repair experience is a requirement
- Manufacturer service training
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
- Ability to provide quick and courteous service
- Willingness to comply with and sign the SpinLife FST agreement, W-9 form and complete a brief assessment.
