Ok to use but only as a lightweight travel chair
Lightweight, wheels remove easily
Not enough back support

69, spinal cord surgery left my husband temporarily unable to walk.
Improper front wheel assembly.
Price, quality of materials.
Poor assembly and inadequate tools to install wheels or tighten prior to use as instructed in manual.

96 years old, fused ankle and 2 knee replacements.
Unacceptable quality of assembly.
Quality of metal, fabric and rubber wheels.
Assembly by Invacare. It is required to have an authorized technician adjust the back angle – you can’t do it yourself. Tools and manual provide inadequate instructions for assembly and adjustments.

95 years old, can walk no more than twenty feet.
Doesn't compare to my Quickie.
Good wheel locks, Reversible armrests. Quick release wheels.
Feels very heavy, and have trouble propelling it by myself. It was bought just to keep in the car for ease of travel, but next chair will definitely be a Quickie instead.

It's ok
Lightweight Good brake quality Adjustable seat heigth
1) Adjustable back does not have the proper adjustments to fine tune the 'lean' postition, straight up is too straight and the next lower slot leans too far back. 2) The outer aluminum drive wheels do not provide enough 'grip'. 3) There is a very bad thumb pinch point when the person in the chair is propelling themselves and brings their hands too far forward, it puts the thumb between the wheel and the chair frame, this is the only chair I have ever seen with this flaw in design. 4) User complains that the seat & back material is too 'squeaky & noisy' and how long will it take to go away.

Insignia: Review
The materials of the product are more than adequate.
The outside wheel that the patient uses to propel the chair forward takes too much strength and hurts her hands. She now has to wear hand grips to use the chair. Also the patient claims the outside wheel is larger than all the other wheelchairs she has used in the past and makes her tired.
