Very good wheelchair; would like to have back angle...
Durable yet lightweight. Only wheelchair with back angle adjustment without going to full reclining model
Requires tools to make back angle adjustment

Used by a 94-year-old male who is semi-paralyzed.
Great value for the money.
The removable footrests, arms, and wheels.
The adjustable arm rests could be lower.

77 year old female with Primary Lateral Sclerosis.
Great chair
Can adjust height of arm rest. The lock for arm rest is a big improvement over the 9000sl. Can remove the arm easy.
The hand grip on the rear wheel is too smooth. Your hand has a tendency to slip. I feel the diameter of the grip needs to be larger diameter

Lighter than most easy to use
Lightweight, fold-away arms
Would love it to be even lighter but then strength may be gone.

69, spinal cord surgery left my husband temporarily unable to walk.
A high quality chair at a great low price.
This chair has many features and options you'd expect on a high priced wheelchair. The lower back allows my wife to go to a beauty salon to get her hair done. The chair is also lighter and easier to maneuver than her previous chair.
It needs to be easier to adjust the angle of the back and change the rear wheel height to the middle setting. We did have a problem with one of the quick release axles, but they promptly took care of it.

62 year old female with mild tight CP.
Improper front wheel assembly.
Price, quality of materials.
Poor assembly and inadequate tools to install wheels or tighten prior to use as instructed in manual.

96 years old, fused ankle and 2 knee replacements.
Good chair for price -- looks great and is loaded.
It's an affordable, comfortable, full-featured wheelchair. It is lightweight, tight and easy to maneuver. It is a sharp looking chair.
It is hard to adjust the back angle. You have to move an axle sleeve before you can move the quick release wheel to the middle position. The left wheel came off with wife still in chair.
