Lightweight Good brake quality Adjustable seat heigth
1) Adjustable back does not have the proper adjustments to fine tune the 'lean' postition, straight up is too straight and the next lower slot leans too far back. 2) The outer aluminum drive wheels do not provide enough 'grip'. 3) There is a very bad thumb pinch point when the person in the chair is propelling themselves and brings their hands too far forward, it puts the thumb between the wheel and the chair frame, this is the only chair I have ever seen with this flaw in design. 4) User complains that the seat & back material is too 'squeaky & noisy' and how long will it take to go away.

This is my third wheelchair of the same brand. This with a ...
lightweight; easy to move around; pieces from other wheelchairs fit this one.
my second wheelchair never seems to be in adjustment and I am always tightening a screw; the arm rests could be sturdier as I have replaced both of them. They have gotten caught under a table in our warehouse and have chipped or ripped depending upon the material.

male; age 77; massive stroke in 1985; weighs 250; can stand and transfer but no longer walks; we do not use the foot pegs
This chair suits our needs.
The chair is made extremely well and seems very strong.
I do wish it were a little lighter to pick up.

Awesome wheel chair
the weight is not all that heavy and the chair is solidly built. easy to make on the site adjustments
The arm rests could go down a little further perhaps an inch or two.

The materials of the product are more than adequate.
The outside wheel that the patient uses to propel the chair forward takes too much strength and hurts her hands. She now has to wear hand grips to use the chair. Also the patient claims the outside wheel is larger than all the other wheelchairs she has used in the past and makes her tired.
