The reclining positions.
The chair is very hard, not "cushiony" at all. The massager is just a vibration (that's not a massage)! It's very confusing to turn the buttons on and off (some you hold down, some you push more than once). One time when my grandmother was using the lift feature, she was putting the chair down and it actually slammed down and scared her, as well as hurt her back. It is just so uncomfortable!! For $1500, I could have bought 5 comfy recliners!!!

I bought this for my grandmother who will be 89 years old in May. She has back problems and osteoporosis.

Good quality of construction.
The built-in headrest forced my chin to my chest and the chair had to sit too far from the wall, taking up too much space in the room.
