Great quality.
Size and comfort.
Leg rests do not click into place when locked. Must do it manually.

75 y.o. male patient; paraplegic for 57 years. In nursing home due to shoulder issues. Needs hoyer lift to transfer. Needed larger size due to weight.
Very pleased with the product.
strength, reliability
only criticism I would have would be that the extensions that the caregiver steps on to be able to tilt the chair back to go over a bump or curb should be about 4-6 inches longer.

User is my 84 year old wife who can't get out of the chair without assistance and also has Lewy Body Dementia.
Pneumatic tires a real plus.
Built to last. Looks sturdier than other chairs I see in the facility.
Would prefer that the extensions that I step on to get over curbs etc were longer.

Male 73 years old Stoke 2013 Paralyzed right side 270 pounds
Regular review I suppose.
Well built, lighter than previous chair. Old chair had clunky front castors. The full length armrests are much better for lifting out of wheelchair.
So far, I can't think of any other than making it 10 lbs.lighter for 350lb. person. I' m the who has to lift it into our van. I'm 73.

Vinyl seat is a bit hard.

This custom manual wheelchair was well made and sturdy. With a few tweeks (easyily read instructions included), it fit perfectly. Would recommend.

Will work well for me
Very strong basic chair
Dust caps wiggle loose. Nuts and bolts on casters and drive wheels need some type of cover to prevent damage in tight spaces.

The person is very active but had a serious stroke about 5 years ago. This aids her in getting around much of the time. She can walk with a walker
