Ease of use and construction if all would have been attached.

No information telling user that he has to connect main module and bolt in battery box so it wouldn't drag on the ground. Costed more to have a tech come out and repair.

Disabled and unable to walk.

Rotating seat. Adjustable arm rests.

Needs to be narrower and have less material sticking out on the sides.

77 year old man with almost no use of legs. Needs to rotate seat to dismount. Needs to slide be able to slide heels back so legs are vertical.

The Jazzy Sport 2 is very comfortable, easy to use, and small enough to get around the store aisles.

I do not like that my feet do not reach the foot rests; we had to build a block of wood to put my feet on.

I am using the Jazzy Sport 2 for trips to the store, going to see plays, going to the fair, or any event.

The construction is good and other than the above mentioned product works well.
