A high-quality made lift chair and excellent pre-sale...
- We love the fabric feel and color (no charge custom fabric/truffle) - Chair movement is very smooth - Phone help was great to help us get the right measurements in advance, and the sizing is a perfect fit (petite wide) - The user likes that legs can be raised while still sitting up straight - Chair is used 5-7 hours each day, and is reportedly very comfortable
-The directions to assemble the chair are very poor. My highly qualified, house-builder spouse was challenged to make sense of them. -During assembly, it took a lot of physical strength to snap the back in place - VERY IMPORTANT SAFETY issue to note: When fully reclined, the user cannot reach the cord with the power controls (if it is accidentally dropped). We removed the screw on the side and moved it back several inches, so now the attached cord can be used to 'fish in' a dropped power control.

Infinity LC-525 Infinite Position: Review
Moves too many positions
Too many buttons to adjust all the positions. Not soft enough.

Infinite Positions
The head rest. It is really bad. Have you ever thought of using memory foam for that part of the chair.

I love my lift chair, it look like it well made and it work great.
Chair is still new but all is good so far.
I like the ease of use and the special leg and back lifts.
I hear some noises when I move the chair. Hope it doesn't mean something is weak. The chair is new, so of course everything is great right now.
