Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable sales team!
Affordable, portability, ease of use, battery life, quality of construction, and sleek looking design.
My wife jokingly says; "An umbrella would be nice!" Otherwise we have found no weakness!

I purchased the chair for my wife as an alternative to a wheelchair that was provided by workers comp.
Glad I got it
Portability is most important. It's rare to find something well thought out. Good design.

84 yr old male. Arthritis in knees, hips and spine. Own a Hoveround. Wish I could have bought LiteRider portable. Now will be able to use it outdoor
Best chair I have tried--ride AND portability
It is sufficiently comfortable while being very portable; my 12 year old grandson tried this one and my old one--he agrees and adds better control.
The owner's manual omits the critical step and explanation of unlocking the seat as the first step in disassembly. I find it too easy to hit the joy stick by accident.

Easy to assemble.
Too fast, even at the lowest speed. Asked for help and were told a technician would come and adjust speed for an additional $100 fee, but this would void the warranty. VERY unsatisfactory.

68 year old female, confined to wheelchair other than for transfer.
Excellent product. Would highly recommend.
I believe the best feature is the ability to break the product down so it can go into a car/van without modifying the vehicle.
You cannot use the product in rainy weather.

Male, 59 years, old on 3 liters of oxygen, cannot walk more than 25 feet without oxygen levels falling into low 80's.
Extremely pleased with the product for the price.
Lightweight, ease of use.

My 95 year old father is using this product in his care center. It has given him remarkable freedom. We love the lightweight feature.

Nice size for anywhere
Control is too sensitive, causing the scooter to jerk

Liked it so much, I bought a 2nd one 2 weeks later
Much faster then I imagined. My mother used the speed setting of three out of five because it goes so fast. Range is great, my mom will go shopping for first time in years because of range.
Would like to see it keyed so if parked, no one could use it.

Power lasts a long time
Does not feel stable, it wobbles a little. I can get from point A to point B and that's good enough for me.

A very nice power wheelchair that fits in the trunk of a...
Compact size and easy maneuverability. It breaks down into 4 lightweight pieces that fit into most car trunks. Easy breakdown/easy assembly. Overall I really like this powered wheelchair!
One needs to be careful on uneven ground. It can tip over backwards if the ground is uneven and the user isn't aware and leaning forward to counterweight it. This shouldn't stop someone from buying this chair. Just be aware of this. This chair is AWESOME on smooth flat surfaces. Stable with quick handling! I love it in tight places like small restaurants and such! One other thing. We found that in transporting this in the trunk of a car do lock the frame onto the trans-axle. This prevents these two items from banging into each other in the trunk of the car.
