Backrest no adjustable.
Ease of portably.
Controls too quick.

Will be used when I go shopping with my wife, have a full size chair that I use ever day at home.
Travel possible now.
The breakdown feature of the chair. The extra large seat option for winter coats.
The controls do not fold out of way so getting in and out of chair is safer. A patient with limited mobility needs support for their hands to enter and leave the chair and having to dodge the controls is a real safety snafu.

An 80 year old male confined to the house due to back and heart problems.
Travel wheelchair for an airplane
Light weight, able to be broken down, comfortable seat, easily transported on an airplane, good battery life.
Rear axle can come off too easily, even when you do not want to break it down that small.

My wife uses the chair. Her right side is paralyzed from a stroke. With this chair she can go in and out of the house by herself and move about.
Good quality and met expectations but could be improved.
Easily removable battery pack. Ease of assembly. Lightweight relative to other scooters. Nice carrying basket.
For us the footrest should be more adjustable. My wife has limited ability to bend her knees, so the ability to extend the footrest would be a big asset.

My wife is the user. She has Rheumatoid Arthritis with limited use of her legs.
Good chair for the price
Easy to disassemble and load into SUV for a 70 year old woman with bad back.
Front footrest could be larger and able to tilt for a short person.
