Execellect product for the cost.
Sturdy. Where local medical providers wanted to charge me 3 times the cost of this chair, I was able to order it and get it delivered to my front door. They are ripping off Medicare on these items for what they charge.
The pull breaks. Would have preferred push breaks as they are easier to lock your wheels.

I have MD and use the chair to get around. I had another Tracer IV and loved it, I don't like this one at all.
Comfortable and sturdy.
Solid construction, neat appearance, and ease of use. Questions regarding it were quickly and accurately responded to by sales and customer service.
Cost was higher than other sources but sales person appeared to be more knowledgeable than other suppliers. Had to go to another supplier for a suitable cushion. SpinLife should offer one that matches the specs of the wheelchair.

Well made craftsmanship.
The overall make of the chair, just a beauty.
None, so far.

Age and disability was a factor in purchasing the chair, so far so good. I liked the craftsmanship, well made and love my color--"ruby red"!

Built stronger then it needed to be but provides me will a great sense of being well built and will last a long time.
It is heavy to lift. I bought it for in the house and I keep a lighter one in the van for shopping.

I am 68 years young and have knees that will not support my heavy body. I can walk but am afraid of falling.
Not as nice as my first Tracer4.
It's a good wheel chair, strong and moves well and quietly. I bought it because it's the same model I already have. But this second one is not exactly the same. Something's are different.
I do not like the changes made to the first one of this wheelchair. It sits lower, the arms aren't as strong and I worry about them coming off when I lean my weight on them. The wheels have some sharp rubber edges that hurt my wrists when I slide past them,.....and one of the screws that holds the seat material to the frame is up, not down as it should be and I can't get it to come out so I can reinsert it. The first Tracer was put together better and I think better quality.

I am a 54 year old woman, over weight and need hip surgery. Am working on my weight currently in order to get surgery.
Solid choice
Sturdy, some adjust-ability to meet needs.
Due to size of casters and wheels to handle the typical client's typical weight, does not push as easily- but that is the nature of a bariatric chair.

This is used as a 'fleet chair' in a rehab facility, so needs to be able to help a range of clients.
