easy to maneuver and also has lots of space to put stuff
The adjustable center of gravity, lightness, and customizability.
the screw on the backrest was too tight and WD40 could not loosen it. also the plastic side guards keep scraping against the wheels.

Great Price, Great Starter Char, and Style
This chair stood out above even some of the top end chairs for me because of the style. On the picture, it looks as if the wheels jut out more than needed but that's not true. The wheels tilt slightly towards the user, giving it a sporty feel but a more practical look. Customer service was awesome. I needed a new chair for the Miss Wheelchair Indiana pageant this year and I received it a day early! (I took 1st runner up) Thanks Spinlife!
None. Are you kidding? Why aren't you ordering yet? :D

Thank you for your great service and product.. Extra...
The customer support is wonderful. My son and I live several states apart and were ordering online and by phone.. Eric in CS called after the order to go over the order and insure we received what we wanted. He assisted my son with corrections that would have been disappointing had we simply just received a product with faults because we were not as knowledgable as we should have been.
So far, my son has had it for several weeks now and he is very pleased. He lives on his own and is very independent. This chair has added to his independence and plus the lines are so sleek and racy, he has more self confidence. I have not heard of any weaknesses. Apparently, when he first received it, the front small wheels were not the right size for the type of terrain and travel he frequently does, but he called support and explained and they immediately provided a set of casters that worked. again a plus not a minus.. you are all great. The product is terrific. I was given a choice on payments so I could make it fit my budget.. I have nothing bad to say about your web site, product, customer service, delivery or follow up. ! What I want to say is Thank you.

The fold down handles fit on thie model. while placing my order I wanted to add the fold down handles. and could not. was told this lodel does not come with that option. SO..... I waited till i got the chair. took the back, off and the upholstery. along with the fold down handle. AS I told the sales person I wanted to do. to save money. to make a long story shorter. WHY??????? and WHY do I then have to pay $52, for one. When I could of had them installed there, for $70ish. as in the GT. where they are a option in the back on the GT. wheelchair.
