Will give your freedom back!!!
Ease of disassembly and reassembly for its transportation. A well designed product. After seeing one in person, we ordered one and have not been disappointed.
None found so far.

Very limited in my ability to walk due to severe spinal issues.
Less than a month and 2 service calls!

We have had this for less than a month and today we had to make the second service call. First, my sister was unable to use it for 4 days while awaiting new joystick. Today I do not know what is wrong with it other than she cannot get around. She is not mobile without it. We are waiting to hear back from manufacturer!

Almost perfect
Compact size. Maneuver ability.
Battery. Wish you had one half the size and lighter for short trips to the store.

50 yo female with multiple sclerosis
It is what I expected.
Portability, easy assembly. Nice ride and easy to handle. I can load into the car myself.
The White Glove delivery is a sad joke! The guy delivering mine was uninformed, never got it running, clearly didn't want to make a delivery on my schedule, just 'when I is gonna be in your area.' Had no idea what he was doing and had to have directions read to him by his partner. Still missed the block between the battery and the unit. I had to finish when they left. I ought to get my $250 back!!!

Male, 54 years old, have had MS for 40 years. My left side is worse than my right. Have been in a wheelchair for 15 years.
Now I do not have to push him.
Can make him more independent.
Too heavy to put in the car.

He is 89 years old and the scooter is a bit small for him. Otherwise he's learning to drive it.
