End User Desc: Age 51, currently have broken foot that I'm not suppose to walk on, awaiting reconstruction surgery, and have an injury to my rotator cuff.
Strengths: The portability, 360° swivel seat, basket sturdiness, speed, good looking, long holding charge, nice to have color changes included, comfortable seat.
Weaknesses: Lacks a cup holder - on inside the basket would be nice. One sent doesn't fit on armrest, and I would prefer it in basket where it would less likely be bumped. The horn is too weak! The scooter should stop sooner when power is released. Wider basket would be nice. Easier release of seat when taking scooter apart would help. Button for turtle or rabbit speed should have more tension so it wouldn't be so easy to change if you just bump it.

The person was to call us and set up an appointment. This was Thursday. She never called. Your telephone girl followed up and suggest we call her. We called her on Sunday. She was less than responsive. She did come out later in the day but we were not too impressed with the knowledge that she had of the scooter. Would hesitate to have her come if there was another problem.

Strengths: GO GO Elite Traveler with seat upgrade easy to use and fun - easy to assemble and dis-assemble for taveling- 3 wheeler has great turn radius and can manuver through tight places - can use independently - I cruise around various locations with my 2 grandchildren, one on each knee.
Weaknesses: I live in a city where theft is a problem. so I purchaced a lock to secure the Go Go when I have to leave it parked outside. My one concern is that although I can secure the body with the chain lock. the seat could be easily lifted off. (This may be due to my upgrading the seat on my model.) It would be nice to have a concealed pin lock , similar to the ones which secure the armrest, underneath the seat.

End User Desc: I am a 64 year old male with very severe emphysema. I can still get around my house (with difficulty) but find it almost impossible to walk anywhere.
Strengths: I find it is very easy to use & can easily go almost anywhere because of its size. I have great difficulty lifting anything because of my illness, but even I can take this apart & put it back together again without too much difficulty.
Weaknesses: The only weakness I found was that the back of the seat was not the most comfortable for me. I have placed a small back support that my wife had on the seat back & that took care of the problem.
