The charging port is very convenient to use.

The base could be 6 inches longer. I'm only 5'5", and I find it would be more comfortable and easier to get onto the scooter if it had more foot room.

For the money, it is just what I need. Fits wery well in the back of my SUV and all I have to do is remove one armrest and fold the tiller.

It's a little on the small side. You feel a little cramped when seated.

This is my second scooter, 89 years old, could not plug in the old one.

My wife and I are glad that Pride finally came out with a travel scooter that has the charge receptacle up on the handle bar instead of below the seat on the battery compartment. She cannot reach down below the seat to insert the battery charge cable.

Wish it was a an inch or two shorter for easier use inside, on cruise ships and in bathroom stalls.
