Great little machine!
Ease of use, the 5 inch height from the ground is the only height that could be used on my farm, and garden, anything lower would be useless. Yeah! I can keep gardening-moving around on my farm. Ease of getting on and off. So far, I love it!
Comfortable soft leather used on the scooter could be stronger. I experienced a tear on mine. Patched it with black tape. Horn should be louder, unless we did not hook it up correctly.

Too soon for quality and expectation.
A person with a new toy. Excited. Very good outdoor transportation. Comfortable.
Would be really nice if a speedometer and/or odometer with trip reset was available/installed, for distance per battery charge. Would make trips more enjoyable/relaxed.

It is superior to all others we have researched or driven.
This machine is well built with the highest quality materials and it has been designed with stylistic, sporty lines that sets it apart from the merely functional machines. Ordering, delivery and telephone support have been outstanding.
The batteries seem not to hold a charge as long as expected; i.e. short trips (8 miles) result in two green lights disappearing. User is still experimenting and observing, however.

I am 53 and have cerabal palsy & muscular destrophy and I sure love it it helps me to get around
Excellant product
I bought product to take a group of boys to Cub Scout camp. This scooter was able to handle any condition we encountered including grass fields, hills, gravel roads, and (groomed) dirt trails. I used the optional trailer to carry water and other supplies for the boys. Battery life was exceptional. The scooter was very comfortable to ride for extended distances and the faster than typical high speed proved very useful.
Horn volume is too low.

Cadillac of Scooters!!
Speed, clearance of 7", distance 38mi, air tires, adjustable seat.
I feel that the "HORN" which is only a faint beep, is not sufficient warning to pedestrains that I am coming. Please, better horn!!!
